Tour Island Real Estate

Your Island Passport Package includes:
- A comprehensive Bald Head Island Real Estate Tour of amenities and available homes and homesites
- Island accommodations for two or three nights

Requirements
Participants must be at least 25 years old with a minimum household income of $150,000. If married, both spouses must be present. Participants required to take real estate tour. Failure to take real estate tour will result in an accommodations charge at published rental rack rates. Offer valid for first-time IPP visitors only. If you have previously visited on an Island Passport Package, call your sales agent directly to discuss an Island Passport Package. Subject to management approval. Offer expires December 31, 2012. June, July and August reservations are subject to confirmation of dates no more than 14 days prior to arrival.
